Wow… what a whirlwind! In less than 8 hours, I went from idea 💡 to a fully working Atlassian Forge app—Flight Levels Suite—and submitted it to the Codegeist Hackathon in the RovoDev CLI category. Already live on the Marketplace and now awaiting Atlassian’s approval. 😎

Using RovoDev CLI was a blast! But here’s my hot tip: start the classic way first, following Atlassian’s developer docs examples. Once you’ve mastered API calls and resolvers, then bring in RovoDev CLI. Jumping in too early can actually waste a ton of time. Lesson learned. ⏱️

The Time to Market was insane, and the efficiency was incredible. I’ll admit—I could totally burn through a day just on RovoDev executions if I’m not careful. Still… I had so much fun building Flight Levels Suite, linking projects to strategy, coordination, and operational boards in Jira, and making multi-level visibility a reality.

Will I do it again next year? Absolutely! Hackathons like this are exhausting, exhilarating, and insanely rewarding. Flight Levels Suite might just be the start of something big. 💥
